The tragic death of Jordan Neely and the despicable legal lynching of Daniel Penny are not random events.
Democrats have instituted globalist-inspired programs and policies, transforming major cities like New York into dystopian hellscapes. Public safety has been abandoned. Predatory criminals, the drug addicted, and the violently mentally ill roam the streets and subways with impunity. Police are either absent or passive spectators. States attorneys protect criminals instead of their victims.
The result is law-abiding citizens have been left to survive on their own. And when heroes like Daniel Penny stand up to protect their lives and those of their fellow citizens—they are crushed.
The Common Thread of Evil
The common thread of evil which runs through every social catastrophe in America can be traced to George Soros—the dark soul of the Democratic Party.
Every Soros-financed initiative is designed to facilitate the destruction of the roots of Western culture and the foundation of American civilization. His objective is to tear down society by unraveling our culture, values, and traditions. That twisted vision is now the platform of the Democratic Party.

The Soros-Democratic agenda has destroyed New York City and it is the vision they want to replicate in every city. Let’s review the subway incident within that context.
A History of Violence With No Accountability
Jordan Neely was a vagrant with a history of violence and more than 40 arrests. The 30-year-old black man had roamed New York City subways for years, terrorizing defenseless victims and targeting the elderly. His preferred method was to sucker-punch unsuspecting people in the face.
In 2015, Neely tried to kidnap a 7-year-old girl off the street. In 2019 on a subway platform, he punched a 68-year-old man in the face. In 2020, he exposed his genitals to a female stranger. In June 2021, Neely punched a 65-year-old woman in the head. Six months later, he punched a 67-year-old woman so hard that he broke her nose and fractured her eye socket. The day before his death, he reportedly tried to push a stranger onto the subway tracks. At the time of his death, Neely was wanted for felony assault.
Breaking the Police
The morale of the New York Police Department is broken. NYPD officers have been retiring and resigning in record numbers in the wake of the 2020 Black Lives Matter race riots, demonization of the police, elimination of cash bail, and the election of pro-criminal prosecutors. New York has 2,467 fewer cops on the street than in 2020.
Proactive policing in New York City is dead. The “Broken Windows” community policing strategy, the basis of historic violent crime reduction in the city and its subways between 1994 and 2010, was killed by woke Democratic mayors.
The result? In 2021, the 461 felony assaults in the New York subway system were the most since 1997. Subway crime continues to explode.
Keeping the Dangerously Mentally Ill On the Streets
Normalizing a pathological homeless culture by keeping the mentally ill untreated, drug-addicted, and on the street is key to the Soros vision of chronic chaos. Soros has created and pumped millions into activist organizations to achieve this objective—promoting addiction through drug legalization and government-sanctioned heroin injection sites. They are also part of the powerful lobby effectively blocking involuntary commitment for the mentally ill.
George Soros is the primary funder of VOCAL (Voices Of Community Activists and Leaders)—his “homeless advocacy” front organization. VOCAL’s agenda includes resisting involuntary commitment for the mentally ill, taxpayer funding and full integration of mentally ill and drug addicted vagrants into society, legalization of street drugs, defunding the police, “decarceration,” and prison abolition. The mob violence that broke out after Jordan Neely’s death was not spontaneous. It was instigated and orchestrated by these Soros-paid apparatchiks.
Jordan Neely suffered from mental illness and had numerous mental health interventions with the police. Neely was on NYC’s “Top 50” list, documenting the most at-risk and mentally troubled individuals who refuse to accept help or treatment.
Activists and apologists excuse Neely’s violent criminality, claiming he had no control over his behavior. This is false. Neely’s mental health problems were unfortunate but didn’t prevent him from determining right from wrong. Even Alvin Bragg’s Manhattan district attorney’s office and the court recognized that Neely was responsible for his actions. In November 2021, Neely was sentenced to a year on Rikers Island for his violent crimes.
Neely didn’t stay in jail for long. In February 2022, Bragg gave Neely a plea deal, dropping his sentence in exchange for inpatient hospitalization and treatment. But after 13 days, he was allowed to walk out of the facility and never return.
Drug Addiction and Violence
We now know that Jordan Neely was addicted to K2 or “Spice,” the extremely dangerous synthetic cannabinoid which is smoked like marijuana. Neely’s uncle revealed that his nephew had been dependent on the highly addictive substance and other drugs since 2007.
K2 can have deadly side effects. The Drug Enforcement Administration warns that K2 causes severe emotional agitation, psychotic delusions, and violent behavior. The drug’s effects on the body include elevated heart rate and blood pressure, unconsciousness, and seizures. K2 overdose effects can include abnormal breathing and heart attack. How much effect, if any, these drugs had upon Neely’s death may be revealed in the toxicology report.
The bottom line is that Jordan Neely had no business being on the street. Neely should have either been in jail or involuntarily committed to a mental hospital because of the danger he presented to himself and others. New York authorities refused to do either.
Life and Death On the New York Subway
New York’s subway system is dangerous. Twenty-seven people have been murdered while riding it since 2020. Riders have grown accustomed to the violence, dystopian chaos, and disorder that has been permitted to take over, but on May 1, Jordan Neely’s behavior was different. This time riders “sensed danger.” Passengers retreated to the rear of the car, crowding around the doors in order to escape as soon as possible. A retired woman in her 60s stated, “The people on that train, we were scared. We were scared for our lives.”
Jordan Neely terrified people when he entered the subway car and shouted, “I’ll hurt anybody on this train,” “I would kill a motherf—er. I don’t care. “I’ll take a bullet. I go to jail,” and “I don’t care if I have to kill.”
Daniel Penny is a 24-year-old former Marine who was a passenger on the train. Daniel Penny is white. Alarmed by the imminent threat, Penny acted to protect himself and his more vulnerable fellow passengers. He took Neely to the ground to subdue him until the police arrived.
Two other men also perceived the threat and assisted Penny. They helped to physically restrain Neely, pinning down his arms and pushing down on his shoulder.
Penny controlled Neely with a neck restraint. Contrary to the leftist narrative, this was not a “chokehold.”
Penny’s arms and hands were in a preliminary position for what is known as a “rear naked choke.” When this technique is applied, the carotid artery is compressed and blood flow to the brain is immediately cut off. But Penny never fully applied an actual choke.
As any practitioner of judo, jiu jitsu, or related martial arts is aware—when this choke is fully applied with force, the person being choked will be rendered unconscious in approximately six seconds. The fact that Jordan Neely struggled for more than six minutes is evidence that Daniel Penny was restraining Neely, not choking him.
How did Jordan Neely die? Of course, all evidence must be examined at trial, but at least two explanations are possible. Neely’s own struggling may have created the compression resulting in the same effects as a choke. Or the effects of dangerous drugs in his system proved fatal.
Bragg Is a Pro-Criminal Soros Puppet
Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg is a Soros-funded puppet, one of his 75 radical prosecutors keeping criminals out of jail and pursuing law-abiding citizens who take action to defend themselves. Last year, Bragg downgraded 52 percent of all felony charges to misdemeanors, cut loose a serial rapist with a sweetheart plea deal enabling the predator to rape five more women, and charged a 61-year-old bodega worker with murder for stabbing an ex-convict in self-defense. Facing mass outrage from average New Yorkers, Bragg was eventually forced to drop the charges.
In the case of Jordan Neely, there was never any doubt that Bragg would charge Daniel Penny—regardless of what the evidence showed. Both Alvin Bragg and the professional activists of VOCAL have the same sponsor—George Soros. And charging a white man with manslaughter for the death of a “homeless” black man was an opportunity almost too good to be true.
Don’t hold your breath waiting for Bragg to charge the other two men who helped Penny restrain Neely. One is black, and the other appears to be Latino. With those demographics added to the mix, Bragg would not be able to continue squeezing Daniel Penny into a “white supremacist” framework.
And Bragg isn’t taking any chances.
That’s why he bypassed presenting the case to a grand jury for indictment. Twenty-three average New Yorkers might see the case differently, as a Brooklyn grand jury did in April. They refused to indict a 25-year-old black man who stabbed to death an unarmed 18-year-old Latino man on a subway train—in self-defense.
Dividing Americans By Race and Media Complicity
The primary objective of the Soros agenda is to divide Americans by race. They have waged a relentless campaign of lies and propaganda to foment distrust, fear, and hate. Their insidious message is that America is an evil, illegitimate, and racist nation; the police are systemically racist; and that the lives of all black people are at risk from “white supremacy.” The lies start at the top with Joe Biden and are perpetuated by the ruling class media.
Incidents in which a police officer shoots and kills an unarmed black citizen (whether justified or not) are exceedingly rare. Incidents of crimes of violence committed by whites against black people are also very uncommon. But through selective coverage, exaggeration, and endless repetition, the media creates the illusion that America is awash in a sea of anti-black police and racist violence.
Incidents that do not fit their systemic racism narrative are ignored. Or in the case of Jordan Neely and Daniel Penny, the racist narrative is simply fabricated. Let’s face it. If Jordan Neely had been white or if Daniel Penny had been black, this would be yesterday’s news.
Deliberate media manipulation distorts the reality of police shootings and interracial violent crime. Incidents of violence involving black offenders and white victims are ignored or buried, no matter how horrific the crime or racist the motive.
Here are two such incidents from April.
Just outside New Orleans in Kenner, Louisiana, two black men drove around town until they found a 66-year-old white handyman doing a home repair. They shot him in the back and killed him. The killers matter-of-factly confessed to the police that they “just wanted to kill a white guy.”
In Tulsa, Oklahoma, a black man went on a random murder hunt for white people. He entered a public library and shot one white man in the head who was seated at a desk. The killer calmly proceeded to a convenience store, where he shot another white man in the head. Both were strangers. In addition to the murders, the black man has been charged with hate crimes.
Nobody hears these stories. But can you imagine if the races had been reversed?
Numbers Don’t Lie
As to the claims of an “epidemic” of police shooting unarmed blacks and that black people are at high risk of “white supremacist” violence—both are nonsense.
Fourteen unarmed black people were shot and killed by police in 2019. These were out of 62 million total police contacts with citizens for the year.
How rare is this? Pretty rare. Wilfred Reilly of Kentucky State University observes that an unarmed black person is “more likely to be stung to death by bees or wasps” than to be fatally shot by the police.
The Bureau of Justice Statistics publishes an annual National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) that documents interracial violent crime.
The 2018 NCVS documented 547,948 crimes of violence committed by black offenders against white victims. During the same time, there were 59,778 crimes of violence committed by white offenders against black victims. The total of violent crimes committed by blacks on whites was more than nine times those committed by whites on blacks. And this is with blacks comprising five times less the white population.
So much for Joe Biden’s conspiracy theory of white supremacist violence.
The Soros-Democrat Tyranny and People’s Resistance
Nothing in this New York City subway tragedy has happened by chance. It is all right out of the Soros playbook and has transpired as intended. New York City may be the worst, but all Democrat-run cities with woke mayors, compromised police chiefs, and Soros-owned prosecutors are on the same road of social pathology. Here is a list of symptoms.
In Democrat-run cities, Soros politicians and policies have turned loose the criminals, the drug addicted, and the mentally ill.
Criminals, the drug addicted, and the mentally ill are emboldened. The law-abiding live in fear.
And in the face of this engineered chaos, when a man like Daniel Penny has the courage to protect his fellow citizens—the Soros-corrupted system moves in to crush him to serve as a warning to the rest of us.
The way out of this mess won’t be easy. Team Soros has a lot of money, power, and a big head start—but it can be done.
Almost every big American city is solidly Democratic-controlled, so it will require common-sense Democrats to come to their senses and elect decent candidates. Of course, that might be easier said than done. In April, Chicago voters took a big step backward and elected a mayor who promises to be more woke than Lori Lightfoot!
But on the bright side, in a Democratic primary last July in Baltimore, 72 percent of the voters dumped Marilyn Mosby, the most atrocious Soros-states attorney in America.
But while we wait for the politics to play out, the most important battle comes down to courage and personal integrity. In New York City, when Daniel Penny stood up for law, order, and common decency, Alvin Bragg had to try to destroy him. Courage can be contagious, and Bragg wants to make Penny the last hero.
New York and America need more men like Daniel Penny. This is the moment of truth, and people need to stand up—together. We can save our cities and our country by making sure that Daniel Penny isn’t the last hero—but just the first.
