Joe Biden is expected to reveal a “six-prong plan” to fight COVID-19 in a speech Thursday afternoon, which will include strict vaccine and mask mandates for federal workers.
According to White House officials, Biden will be signing an executive order requiring all government employees to be vaccinated against Covid-19, with no opt-outs for those who are regularly tested, or have lasting immunity due to having recovered from the virus.
All three of the COVID-19 vaccines available in the United States–Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson—have nasty side effect profiles which include reports of issues with heart inflammation, bleeding/clotting, pain, immune system, neurological, and loss of sight/hearing/smell/speech, not to mention questions about impact in pregnant women.
Biden will also reportedly sign an executive order forcing the mandate on employees of contractors who do business with the federal government.
The Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service and National Institutes of Health will also complete their previously announced vaccination requirements, which the White House estimates covers 2.5 million workers.
The new announcements move beyond what Biden announced earlier this summer, when he required federal workers be vaccinated but allowed for those who opted out to be subject to stringent mitigation measures. The White House has said the federal government should act as a model for other businesses in their own vaccine mandates, and has praised large companies that require employees to be vaccinated.
Biden on Thursday also plans to announce a major expansion to free testing, a step public health officials have said is critical to containing the virus, particularly as children return to school and some workers return to offices.
And he will address the confusion over booster shots, though will not make any new announcements on when additional doses will be authorized for Americans.
According to White House Press Sec. Jen Psaki Thursday afternoon, the White House is prepared to be very “bold” in forcing vaccinations on the private sector as well.

Vaccine mandates have already led to personnel shortages among health care workers, and first responders.
The Regime’s six prong plan, according to a White House official, will include: “vaccinating the unvaccinated; further protecting the vaccinated through booster shots; keeping schools open; increasing testing and requiring masks; protecting the economic recovery; and improving care for those with Covid-19.”
During the 2020 presidential campaign Biden touted “a seven-point plan to beat COVID-19 and get our country back on track” that included mask mandates, investing in vaccines, and more testing. Biden characterized former President Trump’s handling of the pandemic a “fiasco,” and blamed him for every “empty chair at the dining room table.”
There are now 177 million fully vaccinated Americans (53.3 percent) according to the CDC, and yet the Delta variant surged throughout the summer, and daily cases now are many times higher than they were a year ago—when no one was vaccinated.
Many medial experts, like Dr. Robert Malone, have expressed concern about antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE), which can make vaccinated people more susceptible to serious infection from variant strains of the virus.
Malone, a pioneer in the development of RNA vaccines, has explained in interviews that ADE is not new, and has been observed in other vaccines, including virtually all attempts at developing coronavirus vaccines, which is why there has been so much concern among vaccinologists since the very beginning of the COVID vaccine rollouts.
Malone warned in July that the vaccines seem to be making the virus more infectious. “We now know that the Pfizer protection is waning at 6 months, and what the data seemed to suggest is those who have received Pfizer – which is probably the least immunogenic of the three in terms of durability and length of protection – are now in the waning phase of the immune response and seem to be getting infected.”
The doctor added, “The government seems to be obfuscating what is happening here. I don’t mean to sound alarmist, but what it seems to be rolling out is the worst-case scenario where the vaccine in the waning phase is causing the virus to replicate more efficiently than it would otherwise”.
