Illegal immigrants appear to be under the impression that they will be allowed to vote in the 2024 election and say Joe Biden is their man.
Independent Journalist and YouTuber Nick Shirley spoke to “asylum seekers” in Denver, Colorado on Monday about the upcoming election.
When asked whether he thinks asylum seekers have the right to vote, one migrant replied: “Those that entered legally, have access to vote.”
Seeking asylum in the United States is considered legal even if asylum seekers are not actually escaping violence or persecution, as long as they
entered the U.S. at a port of entry. The vast majority of asylum seekers who have entered the U.S. under Biden’s watch are thought to be “economic migrants,” rather than victims of violence and persecution.
While some municipalities now allow non-citizens to vote at the local level, federal law does not allow noncitizens to vote in national elections. And the path to citizenship for the eight million-plus illegal aliens the Biden regime allowed into the country is expected to be a years-long process.
Multiple migrants, however, all told Shirley in Spanish that they intend to vote for Joe Biden.
“Who are you going to vote for?” the reporter asked.
“Joe Biden,” a woman replied. “He’s helping us here.”
“I believe the majority are for Biden,” a man said.
“He’s the one helping us, Biden!” another woman agreed.
“Of course, Biden!” another man exclaimed.
“He likes supporting the migrants. He’s a very good person,” another man told Shirley. “And Trump is a different thing,” he added.
Denver, Colorado has seen a huge influx of illegals in the past year according to Shirley, and many have been placed in hotel shelters throughout the city.
“Illegal immigrants are living for free in this city,” he said.

Over the weekend X owner Elon Musk accused the Biden regime importing millions of migrants because it wants create new Democratic voters before Election Day.
“Homeland Security Secretary [Alejandro] Mayorkas issued written guidance making it clear that: Illegal presence alone is not grounds for deportation,” the tech tycoon wrote on X.
“Criminal charges, convictions or gang membership alone are not enough for deportation,” he said. “You basically have to be a convicted axe murderer to be deported!
“That’s because every deportation is a lost vote,” Musk added. “They are importing as many votes as possible before the elections.”
In the “bet-you-didn’t-know” category,
Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas issued written guidance making it clear that:1. Illegal presence alone is not grounds for deportation.
2. Criminal charges, convictions or gang membership alone are not enough for deportation.
