National Archives Acknowledges over 5,400 Pseudonymous Biden Emails

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) confessed to being in possession of over 5,400 emails that had been sent by then-Vice President Joe Biden’s fake email account, as a lawsuit has been filed demanding the emails’ release.

As Just The News reports, the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) filed its lawsuit on Monday, amid reports that the emails from the account of “Robert L. Peters” included correspondence with Biden’s son Hunter about his various foreign business deals. NARA has also been confirmed to be in possession of emails from Biden’s second fake email account, “JRB Ware.”

SLF had filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for the emails two years ago on behalf of Just The News, which broke the story that revealed the existence of the thousands of emails. SLF then made a second FOIA request in 2022, but NARA “has failed to produce a single one of these emails,” thus leading to the lawsuit.

“All too often, public officials abuse their power by using it for their personal or political benefit. When they do, many seek to hide it,” said SLF general counsel Kimberly Hermann. “The only way to preserve governmental integrity is for NARA to release Biden’s nearly 5,400 emails to SLF and thus the public. The American public deserves to know what is in them.”

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) is also actively pursuing the contents of Biden’s fake emails, having demanded that NARA hand over all communications between Biden, Hunter, and Hunter’s business partners.

The latest revelation proves the lengths to which then-Vice President Biden was willing to go to cover up his involvement in Hunter’s business. While on the campaign trail in 2020, Biden repeatedly and aggressively asserted that he had no knowledge of his son’s business deals and never talked about them with his son. This was first debunked by the sworn testimony of Hunter’s former business partner Devon Archer, who testified that the elder Biden was included on more than 20 phone calls, via speaker phone, between Hunter and his foreign clients.
