Wisconsin Parents Report Daughters’ Bruises, Injuries After Practices with Trans Athlete

In Wisconsin, a group of parents are expressing outrage over what they believe to be injuries caused to their daughters due to a “transgender” athlete participating in their sports practice.

According to Fox News, the parents said that their daughters have begun coming home from practice with bruises and welts that they had never seen before. Due to confidentiality concerns, the parents have not yet revealed which school their daughters attend, nor which sport they play. All that is known for now is that they are located somewhere in the Green Bay Area Public School District.

Three pairs of parents spoke about the situation to a local Fox outlet, reaffirming their belief that the recent addition of a biological male to the team has led to these injuries, and has even driven some girls to quit. The parents also said that their daughters will not participate in the sport if the “trans” athlete in question is allowed to be on the team in the fall.

“They’re just not used to the ball coming at them that hard,” said one father, Ryan Gusick, “A lot of these girls are specifically quitting this team because they’re concerned for their safety.”

Heather Longlais, a mother in the district, said that this particular athlete by far has the “most power” out of all the other athletes. And while Longlais said she is not against trans athletes having a “seat at the table,” she thinks they do not belong at the “girls’ table.”

The district issued a statement defending the practice of letting men compete on women’s teams: “[The district] cares about the well-being of every student. All decisions regarding a student’s ability to participate in co-curricular athletics/activities are made in accordance with Title IX law, Board policy, and WIAA [Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association] regulations.”

Transgenderism, the false and scientifically-debunked notion that a person can suddenly change their gender whenever they please, has led to an epidemic of biological men deciding that they feel like women and thus want to compete on women’s teams in sports at all educational levels. This in turn has led to those men dramatically outperforming their female teammates, depriving actual women of the chance to be the top athlete in their field. But despite the subsequent dramatic shift in the “trans” athletes’ favors, the Biden Administration and most school districts across the country have largely taken the side of the transgender activists in the name of “equality.”
