During an impromptu address from the White House Tuesday night, President Trump called his supporters to “raise their voices” and demand that election injustices be “immediately corrected.”
“If this egregious fraud is not fully investigated and addressed, the 2020 election will forever be regarded as illegitimate and the most corrupt election in the history of our country,” the president declared.
In his remarks, President Trump sought to explain to the American people why he is “so determined to pursue every legal and constitutional option available” to overturn the 2020 election.
“As president, one of my most solemn duties is to protect the integrity of your sacred right to vote,” Trump said. “This year, using the virus as a pretext, Democrat officials in the key swing states illegally violated their own state laws in order to enable, encourage and facilitate fraud on a scale never before seen in the history of our country.”
The president insisted that he won the election by a landslide. “We won it big,” he said.
In his nearly 14 minute address, Trump ran through many of the examples of fraud and corruption that have come to light since the election, as well as the gross media bias that allowed it to happen. The president seemed to echo many of the points former House speaker Newt Gingrich made in his powerful opinion piece in the Washington Times, Tuesday.

“If this egregious fraud is not fully investigated and addressed, the 2020 election will forever be regarded as illegitimate and the most corrupt election in the history of our country. Americans must be able to have complete faith and confidence in our elections,” Trump stated. “The fate of our democracy depends upon it.”
The president sent a clarion call to his supporters, calling on them to “raise their voices” in the days ahead as he contests the election.
“Now is the time for the American people to raise their voices and demand that this injustice be immediately corrected,” Trump said.
Our elections must be fair, they must be honest, and they must be transparent. And they must be 100 percent free of fraud. We won this election by a magnificent landslide and the people of the United States know it. All over, they’re demonstrating. They’re angry, they’re fearful. We cannot allow a completely fraudulent election to stand.

Earlier in the evening, President Trump announced that he would send the “Covid relief bill” back to Congress, and demand that direct payments be increased from $600 to at least $2,000 per American citizen, while “wasteful” foreign aid is slashed.
Trump said the bill that Congress passed is much different than what he anticipated, and is, in fact, a “disgrace”
“It’s called the ‘Covid Relief bill,’ but it has almost nothing to do with Covid,” he complained, before ticking off some of the more outrageous and enraging expenditures in the legislation.
