Embrace the Cluster****

For months the Left has agitated for chaos in our elections, using 300 lawsuits to demand and get universal mail-in ballots and working to turn Election Day into Election Week. So here we are in a total cluster- – – – of a national election precisely because the Left wanted it.

So I say we embrace it.

They want Election Week? I say we give them weeks and weeks of election. They filed 300 lawsuits? We file 600, measure for measure and have litigation carnage. You want chaos? We’ll give you Florida 2000 on steroids.

Let me ask you: Do you really believe that the Democratic Party and the mainstream media that weaponized the police powers of the state against their enemies and spread the seditious Russiagate lie would not commit systemic voter fraud against a president and Republicans they think are fascists? I would put the odds of that happening somewhere between 99.99 percent and 100 percent.

Half the country feels the same way I do about the validity of the vote as we now see it. Any rational, honest person with common sense has to be scratching his head in many different places. You’re telling me the semi-senile basement dweller won roughly 3 million more votes than Obama did in 2008? That in a supposed “blue wave” election Republicans in the House are going to pick up 10-15 seats? That at the state legislative level Democrats picked up precisely zero legislative chambers while Republicans picked up the New Hampshire state senate and the Alaska state house?

And here’s the other thing: I would remind people of the mail-in election in Paterson, New Jersey this spring where about one out of five votes was deemed fraudulent, a full 20 percent. Now layer that over tens of millions of mail-in ballots on the national level. I’m not suggesting 20 percent fraud, but we have empirical evidence in 2020 that significant fraud is possible with mail-in ballots. So, no, I’m not going to suspend my disbelief and simply accept that the most highly contested election in decades was fraud-free. There’s a reason France—France!—outlawed mail in ballots in 1975: because the process is ripe for fraud and abuse.

Look at Milwaukee and the statistical improbabilities of the Democratic votes there. Some of the dynamics simply don’t make sense. Others have made this point, but according to Benford’s Law, a certain amount of human randomness should be evident on those ballots: that is missing from the Democratic vote in Milwaukee meaning somehow those votes were probably artificially generated. By individuals filling out dozens of ballots and then dumping at the same time? Algorithms? We don’t know but it looks suspicious as hell.

What the Trump campaign needs to do is actually look in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, and Nevada and get statisticians on it. If enough anomalies appear to exceed vote margins in the state, that would be a basis for lawsuits and give the Trump campaign the ability to take a deeper dive into these major urban areas in battleground states to try and understand what happened.

The Trump campaign should also examine the allegations of dead voters apparently voting in the battleground states: look at instances in multiple precincts, show a pattern, and then extrapolate over an entire state. The numbers would add up, I can assure you.

Americans do not need to settle for anything less than a free, fair, and transparent process. In fact, Donald Trump should speak again, look at the camera and say, “I am doing this for you: I am demanding that we have transparent and trustworthy elections that you can trust and believe in. In fact if we can be assured that every legal vote is counted in a transparent matter, and I lose, I will be at peace with it and go back to making obscene amounts of money.”

The frightening part of what is happening is that regardless of who eventually wins, half the country will think the other side stole the election. It undermines the legitimacy of whomever takes the oath of office in January. There’s no avoiding that now. And that is a devastating place to be in for us as a country. It undermines the integrity of the process and causes us to lose trust in institutions that we already barely believed in. If you thought we were fraying at the edges already, try half the country looking upon the other half as usurpers.

What has happened in our country is that partisan public officials have, for short term gain, illegally changed the rules in the middle of the game, outside of the legislative process, and in so doing annihilated the democratic process and the integrity of the electoral vote. What does this mean for us as a people? Nothing good.

Republics are in serious trouble when politicians break laws behind closed doors with impunity. But republics are over, however, when those laws are actually broken out in the open for everyone to see and there are no consequences.

History tells us that at some point if a country cannot settle its differences like civilized people at the ballot box in a system they trust, they stop talking with ballots and start communicating with bullets.

  1. Bullets? Lol, the smart people will just turn off your cell phones.

    • There is no existence beyond your cell phone, eh Millenial?
Google that minor kerfuffle between the North and South back in the 1860’s. Cell service was spotty at best back then, but somehow they managed.

      • 😂🤣😅👍🏻 Methinks rushi has never served in the military, let alone a combat arms MOS, let alone infantry etc.

  2. The comment by rushNcap (assuming he is an actual person) illustrates how we got here. The contempt just oozes off it.

    • The way we got here was to have a group of elites in DC who were shocked when Hillary lost, had all kinds of crimes to cover up and so they created more crimes to cover up their dirty deeds. The new crimes included a so-called Russian interference in our election, then a so-called Russian compromised president all without one iota of evidence.

Then when those horrific deeds didn’t produce results, they impeached a duly elected president without a crime. Now, when all else has failed, these elitists which includes the media have corrupted our election process. Locking out Republicans as they count – seriously? Adding 1 million votes after election day in PA, covering up windows – all because they had something to hide.

rushNcap is expressing what many of us feel – fed up with the elitists that walk all over the law and then threaten us. That sir, is the essence of how we got here.

      • Your absolutely correct. Mr Ryun is also correct however in order for the fight to continue there has to be an appetite within the Republican Party and unfortunately I don’t believe many of them have the stomach for it? You can already see some looking to befriend Biden and the Democrats. There’s one thing RINO’s love more than the USA and that’s themselves and their cushy lifestyles in DC.

Might as well if we’re going to be waiting anyway. If they just used hammer and scorecard they would still have to manufacture the physical ballots or it won’t match up. Hammer can change the vote totals as they’re being transmitted with no apparent delay. But hammer doesn’t print ballots. Count them up. Match them to the rolls. And don’t let Virginia slide even if you don’t need it.

    • 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Smug and smarmy are no way to win Civil War v. 2.0

  3. I say keep going and do not stop until every rock is turned over the “democrat” party is thoroughly exposed as the criminal organization it has become. It has been skating the edges of legality in multiple places since the time of Tammany Hall, and there is no doubt the corruption is now “Systemic”, as the woke-heads term it. RICO + Treason seems more than plausible.

I am convinced President Trump is right. If every legal vote is counted accurately and every illegal vote is rejected, he wins in a walk, just like it appeared when the counting simultaneously stopped at the same in a number of battleground states on 3 Nov.

    • As much as this breaks my heart to see my beautiful country facing another civil war, civil war it MUST be, at this point! No, I have never been at war and the prospect terrifies me but what wakes me up at night is the images I saw at 13 years old, the images coming out of Cambodia of the piles of human skulls. These prancing, mincing Nancy’s want war? Cry havoc, motherhuggers. This is is OUR country, no matter what your smug, goofy yard signs say! ❤️🇺🇸🖕🏻🇨🇳 MAGA 2020

  4. “Our popular Government has often been called an experiment. Two points in it our people have already settled–the successful establishing and the successful administering of it. One still remains–its successful maintenance against a formidable internal attempt to overthrow it. It is now for them to demonstrate to the world that those who can fairly carry an election can also suppress a rebellion; that ballots are the rightful and peaceful successors of bullets, and that when ballots have fairly and constitutionally decided there can be no successful appeal back to bullets; that there can be no successful appeal except to ballots themselves at succeeding elections. Such will be a great lesson of peace, teaching men that what they can not take by an election neither can they take it by a war; teaching all the folly of being the beginners of a war.“ Abraham Lincoln to Congress, July 4, 1861

Sad that today, I must insist that “ fairly and constitutionally” still mean something to those of us that truly care about this Republic.

By the way, I came up with “I want my country back” when Obama uttered words about “fundamentally transforming” this nation. More recently, I thought perhaps people might confuse me as a “resist” anti-Trumper. Over the last five days, I realized that we may yet all lose our country if President Trump fails in his efforts to secure a “fair and constitutionally” decided election, whatever that result ends up being. Please continue to fight to expose not “cheating”, but downright felonious, seditious and traitorous fraud against “We the People”.

  5. Just as night follows day, Pelosi et all will clamor to constrain the investigation of this election to match the usual calendar progression as specified in current law. I recommend that there is an extraordinary circumstance, probable cause to suspect massive electoral fraud of the American People, that warrants the halting of the “electoral calendar” until this mess is run to ground and unraveled for all to see. The “electoral calendar” should be held at Midnight, November 3, until this is complete, wrongdoing and failures exposed and appropriate remedies put in place, then the “electoral calendar” commences, culminating as specified in law. While the “electoral calendar” is halted, everything remains as it is, irrespective of the temporal calendar date. There can be no tolerance for “slow walking” or impeding the progression of this investigation to an unambiguous conclusion. The continued existence of our Republic depends upon it.

The Deep State, the Democrat Party, and their enablers will fight this tooth and nail. I’d rather have this out right now and get it over with than to let it fester and further devolve into the war of attrition we’ve experienced for the past four years.

  6. It’s irrelevant since the democrats in power will move to suspend all elections soon anyway. The right is spineless and won’t do anything about it.

  7. As Levin points out, Republican state legislators could right this wrong swiftly, as the state legislatures determine the selection of electors. The legislatures could reverse the unconstitutional changes in election procedures made by governors, judges, and bureaucratic apparatchiks by joint resolutions. No governor needs to sign these to have constitutional force.

And yet, state legislatures held by Republicans are doing NOTHING.

  8. This could have been prevented if we had hanged seditious coup members four years ago or hanged governors who trampled our rights eight months ago or hanged court members who violated the law and illegally rewrote election law on a whim, but America doesn’t have the stomach to do what’s necessary to maintain rule of law anymore

    • We let Bill Ayers walk back in early 70s. We’ve been too liberal minded for too long.

  9. There is so much that is wrong and corrupt about the election, politics and the Government. To have expected that after four+ years of the organs of the State seeking to overturn the elected President, that they would have allowed this election to happen without corruption was a fools dream. The Statist/Dems have sought power and control over the country, they have sown anarchy in an effort to besmirch the authority of government and tear at the very foundations of the Civil Society.

This election is now viewed by many, more than 50%, as being illegitimate. It is possible, that regardless of the ultimate winner, there will be no majority opinion that the result is valid and constitutional. This outcome was created purposefully, based on previous election fraud, finding ballots days after, denying access to partisan observers, interpreting voter intent. Always with the unanswered question of “what are you going to do”, you can’t change the count once it has been counted, regardless of the lack of veracity of the count itself. The answer is, we will have a new vote, this new vote has to be quick, decisive, and in person with ID required.

All future elections, voting, must meet the same criteria. If there is a real need for “early voting” and “absentee voting” then it must be limited. Early voting should be limited to only a few days preceding the actual “election day”, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Absentee voting should be limited to only those who are physically outside their voting precinct. All votes must be counted before midnight on election day, no exceptions. All voters must show ID, absentee voters must submit notarized ID when requesting the privilege.

The Statists make an all encompassing claim to the “right” to vote. All Rights come with responsibility, following minimal requirements, understanding the issues, and meeting deadlines is not a burden for ensuring that our elections are secure.

  10. Let’s give them four more years of hell on Earth. This shall not stand.

  11. Just wondering:

    • Why are the President’s men not arguing “the pattern is the proof”: Trump leads flipping to Biden leads overnight, generally on the basis of big cities controlled by century-old Democratic machines?
    • Why is there not a dedicated unit within the DoJ, charged with monitoring elections, auditing when necessary, and ensuring integrity? This should not be placed solely on the shoulders of Trump’s legal team.

  12. Another little matter. Machine dems believe the coming census reapportionment should count illegals. All the more reason for electoral scrutiny right now, to send a message to SCOTUS.
