They greeted supporters as they descended the steps of the aircraft at John F. Kennedy International Airport before joining the motorcade for their journey into Manhattan. The event at Radio City Music Hall in New York City could become the largest political fundraiser in history. (Photo by Selcuk Acar/Anadolu via Getty Images)

  1. There are many good independent news sites out there now. So many, it is difficult to decide which ones to support with a subscription. I’m going to cancel my subscription to AG+. This headline – “Hill GOP to Trump: Tamp down the talk of grudges and Jan. 6” – is the reason. There are few more important topics that deserve attention than free and fair elections in the US. This headline seems to indicate that the GOP does not agree. It links to an article by Politico (haha!!) that contains no support for the implied proposition that the GOP believes “Jan. 6” should not be a topic of discussion by the Republican presidential candidate. Truly unbelievable.
