While I am sure that Pfizer and Moderna misled the FDA, the FDA should get no free pass. FDA members are typically former pharmaceutical members. These people flow freely between Big Pharma and the FDA and there is a reason for that.
The FDA is fully culpable here. Perhaps we should ask the three members of the FDA that resigned what all has transpired at the FDA during the past few years.
