No matter where we look these days, America is suffering.
Our economic strength is gutted as the government blocks energy production, spends trillions it doesn’t have, and weakens the dollar with decades-high inflation. Our national defense is weakened as government officials abandon weapons to the Taliban, sideline soldiers for woke training, and open the border to terrorists and lethal drugs. Our communities suffer with defunded police, a shocking crime wave, school indoctrination, and an outright attack on our freedom of speech.
None of this is hypothetical—it’s all happening right now. And the damage these government officials cause is fully documented. So why are they getting a pass?
Pundits often attribute the government’s assault on America to incompetence, insanity, or mere coincidence. “Washington is run by wackos,” some say. “The president doesn’t have a clue what’s going on,” others add. Meanwhile, any connection drawn between these crises is quickly rejected as “conspiracy theory.”
But something doesn’t feel right about that. There’s simply too much being done to hurt America, by the same people, at the same time for it to be dismissed lightly.
That’s why my valiant researchers and I decided to take a hard look at all we’re being subjected to, how it began, and who is behind it. Speaking with trusted experts across the United States, we combed through historical records and years of research. The inescapable conclusion was as unexpected as it is shocking: What we face today isn’t the result of incompetence, insanity, or even coincidence.
Instead, these crises are happening according to plan.
Decades in the making, a plan is underway to take down the greatest obstacle to totalitarianism the world has ever known: the United States of America. Having defeated King George’s authoritarian regime, our founders intentionally chose not to replace it with another like it. Instead, they created an entirely new form of government. As they wrote in the Declaration of Independence, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
Every American (or at least those educated prior to the destruction of our schools) knows these words by heart. And in our bones, we know what they mean: The people have the God-given rights to live, be free, and pursue that which will make them happy. In other words, America was founded for the specific purpose of protecting and advancing the smallest minority of all: the individual.
This was radical stuff at the time because, prior to America’s founding, those rights were guaranteed solely to the “elites.” If you were royal or rich, life was good. But if you were the son or daughter of a peasant, your life was preordained: You too would be a peasant.
Not in America. Here you could be anything you wanted to be. Leaving dire poverty and dim prospects behind, millions came to our shores (legally) to pursue what soon became known the world over as the American Dream. A life free of tyrants, restraints, and anyone on high telling you what you could and couldn’t say, be, or do.
But our founders weren’t done. The Declaration’s next words are, “to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” Where on earth were governments of, by, and for the people? Nowhere—until America’s founding.
Thus was born American exceptionalism. That term is often misinterpreted (including by Barack Obama) as meaning America is better than other nations. Not so. It actually means America was created to be the exception to the rule that existed throughout the world before she came along. Here, power would rest not with the privileged but with the people. Determined not to repeat the age-old tragedy of tyranny, our founders established a government that would serve the people by making its express purpose their liberty and happiness.
And that’s why our nation’s very existence threatens the so-called “elites.” You see, they think they’re smarter than the rest of us, should live better than everyone else, and deserve to enrich themselves while holding everyone else down. In fact, that’s what they are doing now, just as their elitist predecessors have done for thousands of years.
But they can’t succeed so long as America is strong. Just within current lifetimes, our nation defeated one totalitarian threat, Germany’s National Socialists, and stood up to another, Russia’s Soviet Socialists. We freed millions of people from tyranny, fed the world, and rebuilt the global economy. And we showed the amazing things that are possible when liberty and opportunity are available to all—not just the privileged few.
Thomas Jefferson famously said, “Mankind has not been born with saddles on their backs, nor a favored few booted and spurred, ready to ride them.” To the elites, however, those are fighting words. As a result, they have been working hard to tear America down so they can restore what they believe is the “natural” order of Man.
If they succeed, the American experiment of individual rights will be over, and the powerful few will rule over the impoverished many. America will no longer be a “shining city on a hill”—a beacon of hope for all mankind. Instead, we will be subjected to the tragedies we see daily in China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Venezuela, and every other totalitarian hellhole worldwide.
Fortunately, it’s not too late to save America. And I think calling out the so-called “elites” for who and what they truly are is a critically important place to start.

The bottom line is this: the so-called “elites” are neither incompetent nor insane. They are evil, and they are freedom’s enemies. But they can be beaten—and if we are to save what Abraham Lincoln rightly called “the last best hope of earth,” they must.
