Illegal Alien Charged With Rape of 10-Year-Old Ohio Girl

Authorities have finally verified a claim made by liberal media outlets and President Joe Biden that a 10-year-old Ohio girl fled to Indiana for an abortion after she was raped and could not get an abortion in Ohio. The claim was attributed to Dr. Caitlin Bernard, an Indianapolis physician who is also an abortion activist.

The Columbus Dispatch reported,

Gerson Fuentes, 27, whose last known address was an apartment on Columbus’ Northwest Side, was arrested Tuesday after police say he confessed to raping the child on at least two occasions. He’s since been charged with rape, a felony of the first degree in Ohio.

Det. Jeffrey Huhn testified that the DNA from the clinic in Indiana is being tested against samples from Fuentes to confirm paternity.

During the hearing on Wednesday, Assistant Franklin County Prosecutor Dan Meyer request that Fuentes be held without bond. He also said Fuentes is believed to be in the United States illegally. The Franklin County Public Defender’s office argued it was unconstitutional to hold Fuentes without bond. Bond was ultimately set at $2 million.

Journalist Megan Fox was first to publicly question the story being used by abortion activists to criticize the recent SCOTUS decision to send the abortion issue back to the states. Fox responded to the confirmation by pointing out that the child would have been able to receive treatment in her home state of Ohio.
