Morning Greatness: Media Freakout Over Leaked Trump Call With Georgia’s Raffensperger

Good Monday morning.

Here is what’s on the president’s agenda today:

  • President Trump will work from early in the morning until late in the evening. He will make many calls and have many meetings. The President will depart the White House at 6:10PM for a victory rally in Dalton, GA.

Two minutes of hate:

The latest Trump freakout comes courtesy of Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensperger the Washington Post, who mysteriously received a copy of a recorded call between Brad Raffensperger, the Georgia secretary of state, and President Trump. Here’s the transcript of the call.

Nothing in the call is surprising, especially if you are familiar with the things Trump has been saying since the election and if you recognize that Trump tends to speak in a clumsy, casual manner. The WaPo selects some pieces of Trump’s dialogue to make it seem like he is asking Raffensperger to create votes and manufacture a Trump victory in Georgia.

To pretend there were not serious irregularities with the voting in Georgia at this point in the game is just willful ignorance.

According to data scientists testifying before the Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee less than a week ago, “election data indicates that more than 30,000 votes were removed from President Donald Trump and another 12,173 votes were switched to Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.”

At least 30,593 votes were allegedly removed from Trump as result, including 17,650 votes in Dougherty County, 7,008 votes in Dodge County, and 5,935 votes in Putnam County.

The removals happened at the county level and were hard to observe at the state level because the decrements were offset by accurate data uploaded by other counties.

So, yes, there certainly were some shenanigans in the Georgia election. Has there been any attempt to explain these irregularities? No.

Now why would this call be leaked? It’s obvious who leaked it and it seems like an aggressive CYA by the Georgia SOS. Raffensberger doesn’t care about investigating the ridiculous fraud in his state so he is trying to shift the focus to Trump away from his own dirty backyard. Raffensperger should never hold elected office or a position of public trust again.

On Sunday, Nancy Pelosi was re-elected Speakerette of the House, beating out Kevin McCarthy 216 to 209. Two Democrats voted for someone other than Pelosi and McCarthy and three members voted “present.” The three “present” votes helped Pelosi lower the majority of votes she needed to win, as the rules require the Speaker receive a majority of vote of those members present and voting for a person. The Squad backed Pelosi, in case you are curious.

The Democrats were so concerned about the vote they built a plexiglass structure to accommodate (Democrat) members who had been exposed to the coronavirus and were required to quarantine. The virus rules are not for them, only the filthy casuals. “This is completely against everything we’re told throughout this entire pandemic for house operations,” Rodney Davis (R-Ill.) told reporters Sunday. “To build a structure like that in the dark of night, to only protect the votes that Speaker Pelosi needs to get elected speaker, is shameful.” Indeed.

In a truly bizarre moment, Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Missouri) ended his opening prayer for the 117th Congress with the words “amen and awomen.” HOLY WOKENESS, BATMAN. Awomen?!?
