Morning Greatness: The Feds Confirm They Have Hunter’s Laptop

Good Wednesday morning.

Here is what’s on the president’s agenda today:

  • The president delivers remarks at a Make America Great Again Rally in Gastonia, NC

Two minutes of hate:

The FBI confirms the agency is in possession of Hunter Biden’s laptop but refused to confirm or deny if there was an investigation into the digital cornucopia of grift. And, a senior FBI official told Fox News that the agency agreed with DNI John Ratcliffe that there’s no evidence the laptop is part of a RUSSIAN disinfo operation. And the DoJ agrees. This isn’t going as planned is it? Sorry derp staters, it’s not going to work this time. Meanwhile, Basement Biden is jacked into an intravenous B-12/modafinil drip in preparation for Thursday’s debate. The campaign has not denied the laptop and its contents are authentic which seems like an obvious move, if in fact the the laptop is not Hunter’s.

The Department of Justice has filed an antitrust lawsuit against Google. Writes Politico, “Eleven Republican attorneys general — representing Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina and Texas — signed on to the complaint, which was filed in Washington, D.C., federal court.”

DOJ’s complaint accuses Google of abusing its command of the online search market to stifle competitors. The complaint itself does not say exactly what fixes DOJ will pursue — though it mentions the possibility of “structural relief.” That would allow the Justice Department to push for the court to require Google to sell off parts of its operations, in what would be the nation’s biggest breakup of a corporate giant on antitrust grounds since AT&T was dismembered in the 1980s.

Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen said the suit has been a year in the making.

For some reason, President Trump agreed to be interviewed by Leslie Stahl for a “60 Minutes” appearance. NO NO NO. Do not talk to any of these people, they are your enemies. STOP TALKING TO THE CORPORATE MEDIA. Trump ended up walking out of the interview.

Trump abruptly ended the session – he didn’t do the traditional “walk-and-talk” with Stahl, and said the “60 Minutes” crew had been given enough time – nor did he return for a joint interview with Vice President Mike Pence, said two people familiar with the incident.

And then Trump went on Twitter and threatened to release footage of the interview.

“I am pleased to inform you that, for the sake of accuracy in reporting, I am considering posting my interview with Lesley Stahl of 60 Minutes, PRIOR TO AIRTIME!” Trump posted on Twitter. “This will be done so that everybody can get a glimpse of what a FAKE and BIASED interview is all about.”

“Everyone should compare this terrible Electoral Intrusion with the recent interviews of Sleepy Joe Biden!” Trump tweeted.

Fox News sources revealed Stahl was “extremely hostile” and that she “unleashed in a way she would never do to Joe Biden.” Yeah. Of course. Why did the snake bite me? Because it’s a snake.

“Lesley Stahl of 60 Minutes not wearing a mask in the White House after her interview with me. Much more to come,” the president teased after the interview.
