AG+ Renewal, Cancelation, and Refund Policy

Automatic Renewal

All AG+ memberships are subscription-based and will automatically renew at the end of each period. This automatic renewal ensures uninterrupted access to all the resources and benefits our community offers. The renewal charge will be the same as the initial subscription fee unless otherwise notified in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their AG+ membership at any time. To cancel your membership, please visit the "Account Settings" section of our website and follow the instructions provided. Cancellations become effective immediately upon processing. Members continue to enjoy access to their benefits until the end of their current billing period.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, members must cancel their subscription within 15 days of their most recent charge. Refund requests must be submitted through our help portal. When applying for a refund, please provide your name, email address, any relevant account details, and the reason for the your request. Our customer service team will respond to you within three days. If processed, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.
