Setting the Record Straight: White House Confirms COVID’s Lab Leak Origin

The federal government’s main website on COVID-19 information has been taken down and replaced with a new version discarding the natural-origin theory of the coronavirus that was pushed by the Biden administration.

Where the previous website pushed vaccine and testing information, the White House is now displaying scientific proof that the virus was man-made and leaked from a Chinese virus lab while calling out U.S. officials and agencies that it says “obstructed” the truth from the American people.

Dr. Anthony Fauci is named along with Dr. Peter Daszak, Dr. David Morens and other public officials who are accused of engaging in “a multi-year campaign of delay, confusion, and non-responsiveness in an attempt to obstruct the Select Subcommittee’s investigation” and to hide incriminating evidence.”

Regarding the origins of of SARS-CoV-2, the new website dismantles Fauci’s preferred natural-origin theory by showing that the virus “possesses a biological characteristic that is not found in nature” as well as citing data showing that all COVID-19 cases stem from “a single introduction into humans” contrary to previous pandemics which had “multiple spillover events.”

The White House also points out that Wuhan is home to China’s foremost SARS research lab, with a history of gain-of-function research taking place with “inadequate biosafety levels” and that Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) workers were “sick with COVID-like symptoms in fall of 2019.”

The new website also notes that “if there was evidence of a natural origin it would have already surfaced. But it hasn’t.”

Earlier this year the CIA reported that a lab leak was the likely origin of COVID-19, confirming what the Department of Energy under Biden and former FBI Director Christopher Ray had said in 2023 about evidence indicating that the coronavirus was the result of a lab leak.

The White House also calls out the failures of the World Health Organization and goes after specific pandemic policies like social distancing, mask mandates and lockdowns as well as the misinformation spread by public health officials who misled the American people through conflicting messaging, censorship and lack of transparency.

Many media outlets and health officials had downplayed the lab leak origins of COVID-19, calling it a “conspiracy theory” and colluding with social media outlets to suppress dissenting views on COVID treatments and policies.
