DOGE Team Finds Huge Surge In Non-citizen Social Security Numbers During Biden’s Last Year

Recent data shared by Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) at a gathering yesterday in Green Bay, Wisconsin, shows millions of non-citizens were given Social Security numbers under the Biden administration in 2024.

Musk was joined on stage in Wisconsin by friend and billionaire venture capitalist Antonio Gracias during a Sunday event sponsored by America PAC.

While the Social Security Administration (SSA) website states that non-citizens can qualify for Social Security benefits, under some circumstances, Musk and Gracias explained how the the number of Social Security numbers issued to non-citizens during the final year of the Biden administration took a noticeable jump from previous years.

Gracias described the unusual spike, saying, “In 2021, you see 270,000 people, it goes all the way to 2.1 million and 2024. These are non-citizens that are getting social security numbers.”

Gracias also noted that many of those non-citizens who were given Social Security numbers were also set up to receive maximum benefits as a default under the Biden administration.

Speaking to the audience in Green Bay, Gracias said, “The defaults in the system, from Social Security to all of the benefit programs have been set to max inclusion, max pay for these people, and minimum collection.”

Gracias also described the immense numbers of recipients stating, “We found 1.3 million of them already on Medicaid as an example. We’ve gone through on every benefit program we went through, we found groups from this particular group of people, this 5.5 million people in those benefit programs.”

Federal law forbids non-citizens from receiving Social Security or Medicare and also prohibits non-citizens from voting in elections.

Gracias told the audience that, despite those restrictions, DOGE team members had examined voter registration records and “found people here registered to vote in this population,” adding, “We found some by sampling that actually did vote, and we have referred them to prosecution at the homeland security investigation service.”

Musk suggested that the larger purpose behind the large number of non-citizens being given Social Security numbers, welfare benefits and voter registrations wasn’t simply a matter of the Biden administration being “asleep at the switch.”

Musk stated, “They weren’t asleep at the switch. It was a massive, large scale program to import as many illegals as possible, ultimately, to change the entire voting map of the United States and disenfranchise the American people and make it a permanent, deep, blue, one party state from which there would be no escape.”
