Trump Signs Executive Order ‘Reserving And  Protecting The Integrity of American Elections’

President Donald Trump on Tuesday signed a far-reaching executive order aimed at reducing voter fraud and promoting election integrity.

The “Reserving And  Protecting The Integrity of American Elections” E/O requires the strict enforcement of citizenship requirements for federal elections, assists States in determining whether individuals are eligible to register and vote, improves the Election Assistance Commission, aggressively prosecutes election crimes, improves security of voting systems, enforces compliance with federal law setting the National Election Day, prevents foreign interference and unlawful use of federal funds, and ceases all agency actions implementing Executive Order 14019 of March 7, 2021.

The Biden era E/O 14019 was designed to turn the federal government into a partisan get out the vote machine for Democrats.

Trump’s order mandates cutting federal funding to states who refuse to comply with these requirements.

President Trump, who has never backed down from his contention that the 2020 election was stolen, said “there will other steps that we will be taking in the coming weeks.”
The president said the goal is to “end up with fair elections.”

“We’re going to straighten it out one way or another, he added. “It’s an honor to sign this one.”
