Federal Judge Dismisses Texas AG Ken Paxton’s Lawsuit Against Pfizer

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit against Pfizer for “unlawfully misrepresenting” Covid-19 vaccine efficacy has been dismissed by a Lubbock federal judge. Paxton brought the lawsuit in November 2023, accusing Pfizer of deceptive trade practices and conspiring to censor public discourse.

District Judge Sam Cummings stated in his order that Pfizer is protected under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness ( PREP) Act.

“Pfizer engaged in false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices by making unsupported claims regarding the company’s COVID-19 vaccine in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act,” Paxton had argued.

The Court found that Pfizer’s alleged false claims “were not connected to any ‘trade or commerce’ or any ‘consumer transaction’ as COVID vaccines are not considered consumer products.

A similar lawsuit filed by Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach in June 2024, is also doomed to fail in court for the same reasons.

Former pharmaceutical Industry executive and COVID vaccine critic Sasha Latypova noted on her Substack that the PREP Act and Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) both need to be dismantled by legislators before Big Pharma can be held accountable for any of its potential crimes.

It remains to be seen whether Congress will have the stomach for a fight with Big Pharma, but one senator is already putting the villains of the pandemic “on notice.”

In a recent interview on the Dark Horse Podcast with Bret Weinstein, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) said “exposure and accountability” is coming.

“The main reason I ran in 2022 for a third term … was because nobody else was advocating for the vaccine injured,” the senator said.  “[As the Ranking Member] I didn’t have as strong of a subpoena power as I will have as Chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations,” he added.

Additionally, Latypova suggested that incoming Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr. terminate the PREP Act declarations for COVID and any other “pandemic” emergencies that arise before the current regime leaves office.

Dr. Leana Wen, CNN’s suspiciously well-connected “COVID expert”  has called for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to authorize a Bird Flu vaccine before Joe Biden leaves office.

“There actually is a vaccine developed already against H5N1,” Wen declared during a recent broadcast. “The Biden Administration has contracted with manufacturers to make almost 5 million doses of the vaccine. However, they have not asked the FDA to authorize the vaccine … They could get this authorized now and also get the vaccine out.”

Epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher warned on X that the vaccine being touted by Wen was shown to be more deadly than the placebo during its clinical trial.

“The bird flu vaccine she wants approved for humans is called AUDENZ, made by CSL Seqirus,” wrote Hulscher, an administrator at the McCullough Foundation.

“Humans injected with the AUDENZ died at a rate of 1 in 200 (0.5%) compared to 0.1% in the placebo group, in one of the clinical trials (Study 3). This deadly injection must NOT be authorized for human use,” he noted.

Meanwhile, evidence that the mRNA COVID injections are behind the rise of “turbo cancers” seen in the western world continues to pile up.

Numerous physicians, scientists, and industry experts from across the U.S. and Europe have been waving warning flags about how the shots:

  • —Severely degrade the immune system, particularly causing T-cell suppression

—Are adulterated with DNA plasmids, which contain the notorious SV40 promoter sequence, which has not only been associated with oncogenesis, but also binding with P53 a.k.a. “the guardian of the genome”

—Are associated with far more aggressive cancers than what was normal prior to the injections’ rollout

—Are associated with increasing rates of cancers

Dr. David Rasnick, PhD, who has worked in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry for decades with a focus on cancer research, explained during an interview with Children’s Health Defense what ‘turbo cancer’ is and its connection to the COVID injections.
