The Biden-Harris administration’s open borders policies are facing increased scrutiny after a House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security and Enforcement report revealed an alliance with United Nations bureaucrats.
The committee reported that U.S. taxpayer funding was directed to the salaries of UN bureaucrats who staffed migration centers set up throughout South and Central America.
According to the House Judiciary Committee, at least $81.7 million in taxpayer dollars were spent by the UN to allow illegal aliens to bypass the Southwest border and to be flown directly into the U.S.

The reports states that the so-called Safe Mobility Initiative enabled UN staff to fast-track aliens into the United States “out of sight of the American people and without the politically damaging optics at the border.
According to the report, the initiative’s Safe Mobility Offices (SMOs) allowed aliens from outside the U.S. to consult with foreign national employees of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) as well as the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
These organizations would then provide the aliens with various options to resettle in the U.S., including through family reunification parole, labor pathways and other expansions of the Biden-Harris administration’s humanitarian parole programs.
The taxpayer funded SMOs are located in 13 cities across Guatemala, Costa Rica, Columbia and Ecuador.
Under the Safe Mobility Initiative, the report claims that more than 70,000 aliens were referred for potential resettlement in the U.S. since 2023.
The interim staff report reveals how the Biden-Harris administration has directed U.S. taxpayer money to the open-borders UN in order to allow foreign national bureaucrats to expedite the arrival of more aliens into the United States.
The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security and Enforcement says it will continue to provide “aggressive oversight” to the abuses taking place under the current administration, leaving concerned American citizens wondering when exactly the enforcement part is supposed to kick in.
