The World Watches as Donald Trump’s Enemies Resort to Murder as a Campaign Strategy

Fewer than fifty days before a presidential election and two months after an assassin’s bullet narrowly missed Donald Trump’s head in Butler, Pennsylvania, a second attempt to kill the former president took place at his Florida golf course. The Biden-Harris supporting shooter was well known to FBI authorities as a radical felon illegally in possession of firearms back in 2019. The FBI closed the investigation without following up on credible information that might have incarcerated the shooter years ago.

More recently, we saw a heavily armed man with multiple passports, a fake press pass, and fake license tags on his vehicle trying to enter the VIP area of a Trump rally in Coachella, California. San Bernadino County sheriffs arrested the man for illegal possession of firearms.

These attempts to assassinate Donald Trump are the only ones we know about. With the extreme rhetoric emanating from Democrats and their media allies espousing their unhinged disdain for the former president, it is quite likely that others have been or will be motivated to “finish the job.” Impulse control has never been a strong suit among the far left.

We remember back in June of 2017, when a Bernie Sanders campaign volunteer and MSNBC patron named James Hodgkinson armed himself with a rifle and handgun and shot up a team of Republicans on a baseball field, nearly killing then-House Majority Whip Steve Scalise and wounding five others. Hodgkinson’s social media postings were rife with anti-Trump content and violent promises to “destroy Trump and Co.”

That same year, Senator Rand Paul was aggressively assaulted by his neighbor over what was portrayed in the media as a “property line dispute” but was actually the result of political smears in the media that the attacker took to heart.

All of the mewling by Democrats and their allies in the legacy media to portray today’s incendiary language condemning Trump and his Republican supporters as “a threat to democracy” and that it’s “time to put Trump in a bullseye” as being coincidental to these assassination attempts is pure nonsense. And they know it.

They’re doing it on purpose. They want Trump dead and are not hiding it.

What could have been passed off as incompetence of Trump’s security detail after the first assassination attempt is now being viewed as a purposeful next phase of the left’s campaign to stop Trump by any means necessary. If those “means” include inciting mentally unstable people to commit murder against someone who “is a threat to our democracy and has to be eliminated” and “needs to be shot,” well, that’s just another resource in the tool belt of the left.

The legacy media continues to downplay or outright ignore the assassination attempts, making general statements on violence “having no place” in American politics. Yet, after the kangaroo court trials and transparently unlawful “felony” convictions failed to weaken Trump’s support, after the media’s nonstop negative coverage was unsuccessful in stopping Trump’s rise in important swing states, and after a clearly rigged debate proved ineffective at boosting the standing of Kamala Harris, the Democrats “turn their fire” on Trump by whipping up as much rhetoric as they can to convince their legion of lunatics to take out Trump on behalf of “American democracy” in the closing 10 days of the election.

Democrats have a twenty-year-plus record of dangerous rhetoric surrounding presidential elections. Rather than accepting the results of the 2000 election, Democrat Al Gore rescinded his concession to a newly-elected George W. Bush and put America through a 36-day nightmare as ballots were manipulated, counted, and re-counted, all for the purpose of getting Gore the outcome he wanted. When Bush was declared the decisive winner after a Supreme Court ruling put an end to the fiasco, Gore and Democrats characterized Bush as the “selected” president and not the “elected” president and never missed an opportunity to question his legitimacy during both terms.

It happened again with Donald Trump in 2016. Winning the election against Hillary Clinton, Trump was a target throughout his presidency as being “illegitimate” and therefore “unfit for office.” Clinton herself has angrily pushed the notion that Trump “knows he’s illegitimate,” setting up a plausible scenario for pushing Trump out “to remove the national threat from office.” Hopefully, when the ballots are counted in this election, this contemptible, evil hypocrite will be banished from public discourse once and for all.

By insidiously painting Republican candidate Trump as an “existential, urgent threat to our democracy,” Democrats have crossed into the territory of clear incitement of violence that they know will be carried out by one or more of their mindless followers who have been convinced by the many media platforms insisting that the country is on the brink of a Trump dictatorship.

We cannot accept at face value any claim that this is a “both sides” issue. A recent poll showed that 28 percent of Democrats agreed that America would be better off if Trump were to be assassinated, with another 24 percent claiming they were uncertain. It is absolutely unconscionable that a majority of Democrats are okay with political killings and proof that the left’s violent streak remains intact.

The Communist/Socialist movement starved and murdered over 100 million people in the past century and did so without any hesitation or conscience. What would stop power-hungry people on the left from inciting some of their followers to take lethal action against an opponent that they cannot stop through legitimate means?

Murder and assault of opposition political figures is now a normalized part of the left’s arsenal to gain power. When Democrats and their allies in the media repeatedly and publicly claim that Trump is the next iteration of Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, and Mao all rolled into one Orange-man Bad, and when multiple assassination attempts are made as the rhetoric continues, it is not unreasonable to conclude that it is intentional.

It is deteriorating our society, and the Democrats could not be more indifferent. Chaos and destruction are tools to be wielded in their pursuit of power. By conditioning their followers to hate and giving them opportunities to act on that hate, Democrats have finally exposed themselves as the real threat to the democracy they claim to care about on a daily basis. These efforts are far more tangible and destructive than anything Donald Trump said or did on January 6, 2021.

Update 1: Kamala Harris just repeated one of the biggest lies of her campaign. On Tuesday, in her interview with NBC News’ Halle Jackson, a Democrat activist masquerading as a journalist, she said that law enforcement officers were killed on January 6th. (15’00”of the video link.) None were.

The only person killed on January 6th was an unarmed Trump supporter, Ashli Babbitt. She was killed by an out-of-control Capital police officer, Lieutenant Michael Byrd, who should have been tried for manslaughter at a minimum but got off scot-free. This was thanks to the false framing of the narrative by the mainstream media and by members of the corrupt January 6th Committee led by Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MI) and former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY), now on the stump for Harris. The only law enforcement officer who died in the aftermath of the January 6th disturbance was Capital Police Officer Brian Sicknick, who died two days later of natural causes due to two strokes unrelated to the January 6th disturbance at the Capitol.

Update 2: The Department of Justice publicly released a letter from Donald Trump’s second assassination shooter offering a $150,000 bounty for anyone else to “finish the job” of killing the former president. This is definitive proof of the U.S. government’s intention to put a stop to Trump’s presidential campaign “by any means necessary,” first by bankrupting him, then by jailing him, and now by eliminating him altogether through the encouragement of murder for hire.

Update 3: The decades-long hate campaign against Trump took yet another turn when the Politico website published a 5,000-word screed on what can only be described as an endorsement of Trump’s assassination. The authors issued a warning of a “very real scenario where Trump loses and takes power anyway,” as if a private citizen could even do that. The entire piece is unworthy of repeating here since it’s based on a fantasy, but it is indicative of the Democrat-supporting legacy media’s openly aggressive “dog whistle” call to put down Trump’s “existential threat to our democracy” once and for all.

It’s plain to see that the real existential threat to American democracy is not Trump. It’s lunatics on the left motivated by more than nine years of Trump Derangement Syndrome. It’s real and Democrats like Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), and so many more are what they accuse Trump of being—a threat to American democracy. These two especially, but many other Democrats in public life wouldn’t know democracy if it bit them squarely in the ass.

  1. Perhaps if, once Trump is elected, we were to get some honest people running the DOJ and they made it a point of hauling in the people writing these articles - like the jerk at the Atlantic and?

They threw the book at him as well as his deep pockets boss - Laurene Jobs - arrested both with a lovely perp walk for free included?

Her for sanctioning such an obvious call to violence and him for writing it and put both of them away in a nice 8 x 8 cell and then, did the same with the plethora of like minded others - occupying the same target rich environment for not an unreasonable, not for a long time - 20, 30 years without parole sounds about right to me - maybe that would do the trick.

Maybe then the rotten rabid animals in human form might wake up and smell the realities roses?

  2. It would appear that some Democrats have achieved the singular distinction of being both deranged and incompetent. Their rhetoric against Trump is deranged, and they are incompetent as politicians for assuming there’s no downside to his assassination by one of their own. They want this so they can use some of their trademark tortured reasoning to keep Biden where he is or install the even more worthless Kamala Harris there. It must be that Democrats assume that if the former president doesn’t win the election for the above reason, neither can JD Vance become president. Either way, red states’ governors would recall their representatives as a prelude to leaving the Union, which they would then view as a one-party dictatorship. Where’s the “protect-and-defend-The Constitution” military in all of this? Hopefully, quietly reading deranged and incompetent Democrats the riot act.
