‘No Tax on Tips’: Kamala the Chameleon Weaponized the IRS to Target Tips Income and She’ll Do It Again

Former President Donald Trump has been clear and consistent this campaign on his plan for “No Tax on Tips.”

So waiters, waitresses, caddies, people that drive cars, people who get tips who have been harassed by this government…we’re going to have No Tax on Tips. That’s a big thing.

Apparently, it was such popular idea, that Chameleon Kamala just had to steal it.

Okay, so Kamala says she for “No Tax on Tips.”

But, wait…

Turns out her own Administration weaponized the IRS to target…wait for it…tips income.

Yes, in February of last year, reported Fox News, the Biden Administration released a proposal “to crack down on the service industry’s reporting of tips.”

Among the program’s features, the agency lists ‘monitoring of employer compliance based on actual annual tip revenue and charge tip data from an employer’s point-of-sale system, and allowance for adjustments in tipping practices from year to year.’

It also states that participating employers would provide the IRS with annual reports, would receive protection from liability related to ‘rules that define tips as part of an employee’s pay’ and would have the flexibility to implant internal tip reporting procedures ‘in accordance with the section of the tax law that requires employees to report tips to their employers.’

So, not only is Kamala stealing Trump’s popular proposal, she is lying because her own Administration shows she is actually not for not taxing tips.

This is yet more proof of why Vice Presidential Candidate J.D. Vance (R-Ohio) was right on in nicknaming Kamala, “The Chameleon” …

Let’s be clear: Kamala will not support or push for a “No Tax on Tips” proposal.

If she does, a deal will be made for the Democrats not to advance it in Congress.

Her own actions show she has been willing to utilize the IRS to punish working Americans who rely on tips income, and she will continue to weaponize the IRS as such if she’s put in the White House.

Kamala the Chameleon will tax your tips.
