Trump Hating CNN Moderators Will Try To Carry Biden Through Debate

There are very few things in life we can accurately predict.

But we already know exactly how the CNN presidential debate is going to unfold in Atlanta on Thursday.

Watch at your own peril.

It will be about as predictable as seasonal weather patterns.

Joe Biden is going to be hopped up on some sort of performance-enhancing energy booster—likely with whatever his handlers injected him with for the State of the Union Address.

It won’t make him appear any more coherent than usual, but it will at least reassure whatever is left of his base that he is in fact alive.

But Biden’s performance is essentially irrelevant because Donald Trump is not only going to be debating Biden—he’s going to have to contend with the CNN moderators, who have one goal in mind—attempting to assassinate his character in front of millions of people while running cover for Biden.

We already know exactly what the two Trump-hating moderators, Jake Tapper and Dana Bash, are going to try to do.

They’re going to bring up January 6 for the millionth time and blame Trump for the aftermath. Nevermind that he offered 10,000 National Guard troops to protect the Capitol, but Nancy Pelosi turned it down.

They’re going to bring up the politicized and farcical Alvin Bragg conviction on a nonexistent crime and ask why Americans should “vote for a convicted felon.”

They will likely bring up the sham E. Jeanne Carroll case that has even less credibility than Christine Blasey Ford’s unverifiable allegations against Justice Brett Kavanaugh—just to try to set Trump off.

But what they won’t do is ask Biden any difficult questions.

They will probably bring up concerns about his age, but they won’t press him on any of his alarming behavior, including his ever-increasing bouts of confusion and diminished physical state—which is completely normal for an 81-year-old man, just not for someone who happens to be president of the United States.

They probably won’t hold him accountable for the open border disaster and will allow him to absurdly blame it on Republicans. They almost certainly won’t hold him accountable for the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal. They won’t question his weak foreign policy, which has led to two major wars in two different regions of the world and a betrayal of Israel’s ability to defeat a terrorist regime.

That’s not to say those topics won’t come up, but Biden will almost certainly not be blamed for any of them.

They likely won’t ask him about his family’s shady business dealing overseas and how a career politician—who has worked in government for the majority of his life—has somehow managed to rake in millions.

And because they won’t hold him accountable, it will be up to Trump to grill Biden instead—assuming the moderators don’t prematurely turn off his microphone or cut to a commercial break each time he lands a body blow.

As Mark Levin recently suggested, since Biden is constantly accusing Trump of being a dictator, Trump should ask Biden a series of questions about his usurpation of authority.

Trump should ask Biden under what authority he had to defy the Supreme Court when it came to forgiving student loans.

He should ask him under what authority he had the power to grant amnesty and healthcare to millions of illegal aliens.

He should ask him under what authority his administration had the power to try to imprison his leading political opponent.

He should ask him under what authority he was allowed to steal classified information and share it with a publisher when he was a senator and vice president.

He should ask him under what authority he was able to block weapons to Israel when Congress had already authorized those weapons.

And he should also ask Biden why he lied to the American people in the last presidential debate and said that his family never received any money from China and that his son’s laptop was a “Russian plant.”

We know that when Trump presses Biden on those issues, he will likely brush them aside as “disinformation” or hope that Tapper and Bash run interference for him.

They might, but it won’t matter. The questions should be raised, even if Biden tries to dodge them.

According to the latest RealClearPolitics Average Trump is only ahead by a half point nationally, but he leads Biden in virtually every battleground state, including Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia.

Americans are clearly waking up to Biden’s destruction of our once great nation, and no amount of CNN Trump hatred can spin away the facts.
