Federal Government and Left-Wing Groups Working to Implement ‘Bidenbucks’

The federal government under the Biden White House is reportedly working with left-wing organizations to implement a “Bidenbucks” program, using taxpayer dollars to fund get-out-the-vote (GOTV) initiatives in favor of Democrats.

According to Just The News, this program is the result of Executive Order 14019, signed by Biden in March of 2021. The order dictates that “the head of each agency shall evaluate ways in which the agency can, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, promote voter registration and voter participation,” which includes “soliciting and facilitating approved, nonpartisan third-party organizations and State officials to provide voter registration services on agency premises.”

“The Attorney General shall establish procedures, consistent with applicable law, to provide educational materials related to voter registration and voting and, to the extent practicable, to facilitate voter registration, for all eligible individuals in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons,” the order continues, giving Attorney General Merrick Garland an outsized role in the GOTV plot despite accusations of blatant partisanship in his prosecution of conservative Americans across the country.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has since begun working with far-left organizations to figure out ways to implement the executive order, with a focus on registering voters and turning them out to vote. In July of 2021, the DOJ hosted a “listening session” with multiple non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to discuss how to implement the “Bidenbucks” scheme.

Some of the NGOs involved with the plan include the AFL-CIO, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), Fair Fight Action, the NAACP, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), the Democracy Fund, and End Citizens United, among others.

The “Bidenbucks” moniker was coined by critics as a derogatory term that references “Zuckerbucks,” the phenomenon that saw Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg donate $400 million towards GOTV and voter registration efforts in the 2020 election, a highly unprecedented private funding of election procedure; Zuckerberg’s donations specifically targeted Democratic cities and states, while ignoring Republican areas. The funding was provided by Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), and various states have subsequently passed laws to ban any future funding of election administration by private citizens.
