    Am I supposed to feel some kind of outrage at a $9 billion student loan bailout, but cheer the billions being flushed down the toilet in Ukraine? At least the debtors are citizens. Can we at least agree that money spent on citizens is preferable to that which is squandered (unconstitutionally) overseas?
