Biden Admin Gives Millions to Soros-Backed Groups Teaching About ‘Toxic Masculinity’ to Puerto Ricans

The Biden Administration has given at least $2 million to a far-left group that is attempting to indoctrinate young Puerto Ricans with such concepts as feminism and “toxic masculinity.”

According to the Washington Free Beacon, Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) awarded the grant to Taller Salud, a group that describes itself as a “feminist, culturally specific nonprofit organization” based out of Puerto Rico. The funds came from the DOJ’s Community-Based Violence Intervention and Prevention Initiative, which seeks to fund non-police alternatives to solving crime. Taller Salud has been bankrolled by the far-left billionaire George Soros through his Open Society Foundations.

The $2 million handout from the DOJ, which was awarded in October of last year, will be used by Taller Salud in order to spread its “community violence intervention program,” which targets Puerto Rican men aged 15 to 30. The initiative features “public education campaigns” about “structural racism and toxic masculinities.”

Taller Salud’s website says that the program will teach a “minimum of 40 young males” every year about “violence interruption,” “conflict mediation,” and other tactics for stopping crime without the assistance of the police. The lessons will also talk about ending so-called “structural racism,” and combating street violence by hosting “cultural activities” such as mural paintings.

This development marks only the latest example of the Biden Administration actively funding far-left indoctrination efforts overseas, often focusing on gender, homosexuality, transgenderism, and race. In May, the U.S. embassy in Brazil announced an initiative to teach English to transgender activists. The State Department had previously spent millions of dollars to teach gender studies in Iraq.
