Massive Migrant Bus Convoys Heading to the U.S.-Mexico Border With Help From the U.N., E.U., and U.S.

As Title 42’s expiration date nears, massive migrant bus convoys are heading to the United States border from Panama with the help of the United States government, UNICEF, and the European Union,  longtime war correspondent Michael Yon reports. Alarmingly, many of the migrants are carrying serious diseases such as malaria, dengue fever, and tuberculosis, according to Yon, who has been reporting on the situation from Darien, Panama.

Migrant camps funded by the U.S., UNICEF and the EU can be found throughout the Darien Gap, according to Yon.

“So yeah, we’re paying for it and we’re not hiding it,” he told independent journalist Emerald Robinson. “I mean, the American flag is right on it.” Yon said people often ask who is doing this. “I keep telling them, it’s the United States. How many times can I say it!” he laughed. “It’s our own occupational government doing it.”

Darien, a major hub for human trafficking and illegal immigration, is where migrants are put on buses and transported to the U.S. southern border. According to Yon, 30 to 40 luxury buses (which amounts to 1,500 to 2,000 illegal aliens) are leaving Darien each day. The numbers, he said, are increasing because the migrants are aware of the impending policy change (Title 42) that further opens the border to them.

About five weeks ago, one of the buses crashed, killing about 40 people, said Yon.  The journalist said he has been reporting on the ground from both the Colombian and Panamanian side of the border.

In 2022, a record-breaking 250,000 migrants crossed the dangerous jungle that connects South and Central America, known as the Darien Gap.

“First it was the Cubans in 2015, then, in 2016, the Haitians, then the Nicaraguans came, and last year, the wave of Venezuelans, which was an impressive migration,” said Sister María Angélica Tiralle, who works for the Missionary Sisters of Charity in Costa Rica.

In the first months of 2023, more than 100,000 migrants have already crossed the Darien Gap. Currently, according to Yon, hundreds of military aged Chinese men are passing through every day.

“The Chinese are coming through here in large numbers, about 200 per day and increasing, heading to the U.S,” Yon said. “One Chinese man said he had tried to get into Florida by buying a boat in the Bahamas. He paid 5,000 dollars for it but ran out of gas and was picked up by the U.S. Coast Guard. The Bahamians deported him back to China, but he got off the plane in Cuba and then went to Quito, Ecuador. Then back to the Darien Gap.”

The former Green Beret told Robinson that the Chinese migrants tend to stay in the Darien motel rather than camping outside, because they have money. Venezuelans, on the other hand, often beg for money, and then are able to stay in the motel, he said.

“The Chinese have more money so they take an easier route to get here,” Yon explained.

“This is weaponized migration,” Yon told The Florida Standard. “Weaponized migration is being used to change the U.S. demographic, and it’s going on in many parts of the world. It’s clearly going to destroy Europe and the United States,” Yon said.

A large migrant camp in the area is run by the UN with US funding. Thousands of people are fed, rested, given maps and advice, and are encouraged to continue the dangerous trip to the border. Folders containing maps and guides are provided by the Red Cross and entitled “How to Stay Safe and Well When Migrating.”

The UN’s International Organization for Migration (IOM) even hands out rape kits to women and girls, as they are expected to be raped during the journey, in some cases, multiple times. The rape kits, according to Yon, contain a female condom, regular condoms and morning-after pills.

From the Darien Gap, Yon reported that he was “surrounded” by migrants with “malaria, dengue, and tuberculosis” and warned those diseases are “being imported to United States and Canada EVERY DAY.”

“Dengue is called Break Bone Fever—because when you get dengue, it feels like every bone in your body is broken. Including your eyes in your head,” Yon added. “Tuberculosis is one of the deadliest diseases in human history. Malaria…is coming your way.”

Yon told Robinson that Panama has seen a “huge outbreak” of malaria in recent days.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published a “Trilateral Joint Statement” on April 11 with Panama and Colombia detailing an agreement between the three countries to stem the influx of migration through the notorious gap.

Since the joint statement was released, however, aid workers have been working to increase the size of the Darien Gap camp.

“Mayorkas has intentionally increased the size of the Darien Gap camp,” Yon charged. “He’s not shutting it down, like some fake reports in the media. They are actually clearing land to expand the camps. I’ve seen the trailers and the brand-new bunk beds myself,” Yon told the Standard.

Yon told Robinson that authorities know there are ways to stem the flow of migrants, which was done successfully in 2020 due to the pandemic.

“This border in Panama was shut for one year,” he said. “Nobody got through because the Panamanian and the U.S. governments did not want people to get through.”

Yon estimated that about 1,200 migrants pass though the Darien Camp per day, with some staying in the camp for weeks or months because they are sick or need to rest.

Yon told the Standard that we are witnessing a hostile takeover of the West, driven by the World Economic Forum and the Chinese Communist Party.

“They don’t even hide it – they are telling you what they are going to do. Right now, the WEF and the CCP are colluding with each other, but they have different end-state goals. The WEF’s goal is to control the West through techno-fascism. But what many don’t know is that the CCP has a racial component to their ideology. Their goal is for the world to be ruled by Han Chinese,” Yon explained.

“America is being DESTROYED,” Yon wrote on Twitter. “Busses filled with tuberculosis, rape, murder, spies and operators heading to towns across America.”
