I solemnly support and defend the United States Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic; abide all the laws of our land; believe in liberty and equality; respect the legal and natural rights of my fellow citizens and non-citizens; and, where I disagree with a law, I utilize the peaceful means accorded to me to amend or repeal it.
I am an enemy of the state?
I agree with Abraham Lincoln that there is no appeal from the ballot to the bullet; I refuse to condone political violence; reject rioting, arson, looting, murdering for any reason; and believe such criminality must never be indulged, directed, or justified for political reasons.

I believe every American has the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; I believe people should be judged by the content of their character not the color of their skin; I oppose racism of any kind by anyone; and I believe in the equality of and differences between men and women.
I support pluralism and unity—e pluribus unum; reject the DIE cult’s (“diversity, inclusion, and equity”) Maoist indoctrination; I oppose both government and private organizations ascribing thoughts to anyone; I oppose governmental and private entities deeming Americans “incurably racist” and coercing them to falsely confess to it; I reject the systemic disinformation that our country is “systemically racist,” and I oppose any governmental or private coercion to impair or alter an individual’s freedom of conscience in these and all other matters.

I believe parents are the primary and ultimate educators of their children, especially in their moral upbringing; and I reject attempts by the state to covertly and overtly indoctrinate children and students with partisan political ideology that can interfere with, impair, or sever the parent-child relationship.
I believe in free markets and fair trade, where our nation’s prosperity isn’t diminished for the many to enrich the few; I support people keeping the fruits of their labor, and I support breaking up of modern robber-barons running big tech not as their own private enterprises, but as their own private nations.
I am an enemy of the state?
I oppose the weaponization of the police powers of the state for political gain; I oppose selective, partisan application, prosecution, and persecution of a party’s political enemies; I don’t question the legitimacy of the Supreme Court, even where I disagree with its decision; above all, I support the fundamental, legal, and civilizational principles of “innocent until proven guilty” and “equal justice under law.”

I support lawful, sane immigration into our nation; I oppose open borders and demand an end to the human trafficking and misery caused by these policies which have been foisted upon migrants and Americans by a political party looking to buttress its voter base.
I am an enemy of the state?
I support America’s allies; believe in a reciprocal and responsible system of alliances to deter rouge, revanchist, and communist nations; and I oppose appeasing terrorist regimes, like Iran, and strategic threats, like Communist China.

I support access to the ballot and election integrity; I oppose politicians using extra-legal means to rig elections for partisan advantage. I oppose receiving private funds with strings attached and facilitating state operations to aid a political party, and I oppose the censorship of truth to interfere and with or alter the outcome of an election.

I support the fundamental right to life; I oppose the destruction of innocent, unborn children and I oppose radical and extreme laws allowing late-term and partial-birth abortions. I oppose the continued, ghoulish selling of aborted children’s body parts.

What the president said last night was that when it comes to MAGA Republicans, when it comes to the extreme ultra wing of Republicans, they are attacking democracy. Right? They are attacking, taking away rights and freedoms.
