When Democratic Policies Collide With Reality

As inflation explodes to heights not seen in decades, we should understand that it is spurred on by a collision of bad monetary policy based on idiocy and bad energy policy based on a hoax. Of course this is what happens when you get an administration full of inbred intellectuals propped up by corporate propagandists—all of whom are perpetuating ideas and approaches far removed from reality.

Think about it: all of the above, including the corporatists, have gone through the same indoctrination centers that demand conformity in thinking to a demented worldview which has nothing to do with reality—e.g., there are (at least) 73 genders, man-made climate change is an undeniable fact, men can have babies, too (and they can choose to kill them at any time), there are no borders, and throwing money at a spiraling economy improves it.

Now Joe Biden says we’re going to spend another $3 trillion to get us out of inflation, willfully ignoring the truth Milton Friedman understood: the problem of inflation is always and everywhere a monetary issue revolving around fiat money and runaway government spending.

Former Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers, one of the lone voices of reason left on the Democratic side, warned the Biden Administration in the spring that if it spent $1.9 trillion (a spending bill which, of course, didn’t have any Republican votes), it would send the U.S. economy into an inflationary spiral.

Any rational person should know that after doing what amounts to throwing money from helicopters while keeping interest rates low for the last few years, dumping $1.9 trillion of spending into this economy is like pouring jet fuel on a wildfire.

So what do you think will happen if we commit to another $3 trillion (or $5 trillion) in spending? I’m not an economist, but I’m pretty sure that it’s not going to be good.

Now tack onto all of this the fact that Grandpa Dementia in the White House has the gall to say, “Can you believe we’re paying this much for a gallon of gas?” Seriously? He’s either an idiot (arguable), he’s out of touch, or he’s claiming ignorance when in fact he knows exactly what he’s doing.

Let’s be clear: The Biden Administration’s energy policy is intentional. It isn’t a mistake. Higher gasoline and heating oil prices are a feature, not a bug, of a plan meant to hurt us. The administration shut down the Keystone pipeline almost immediately upon taking power and Biden is exploring a proposal to shut down a key Michigan pipeline. In less than a year, the Biden regime has turned America from an energy-independent nation under Donald Trump to a country gawking at ridiculously high gas prices (a 50 percent increase from October 2020) with heating costs expected to climb 30-50 percent this coming winter.

But we should all understand: this is just the beginning, because soaring gas and heating prices, the Green New Deal, and the Pentagon’s purported number-one national security threat all spring from an overzealous, religious fanatic-level obsession with “man-made climate change.”

The leftists running this administration want to restructure our economy and thereby completely restructure our society so it will bow to a religious creed based on the hoax of man-made global warming. And if you don’t conform to their views, they will force you to comply.

There might be a reason why Republicans, who aren’t exactly rock stars, are up 10 points in the generic congressional poll from ABC News and the Washington Post, a year ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

This number is staggering. In 2010, when the House GOP won 63 seats, they were only up by seven points. When Republicans won eight Senate seats in 2014, they were only up by six points. One feels a massive red tsunami is coming and Democrats only have themselves and their idiotic policies to blame.
