Two minutes of hate:
On Friday afternoon, a federal judge ruled that the DACA program, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, was illegal and blocked new applicants from the program. Per CNN, Federal Judge Andrew Hanen “ruled that Congress had not granted the Department of Homeland Security the authority to create DACA and that it prevented immigration officials from enforcing removal provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act.” Hanen wrote, “Congress has not granted the Executive Branch free rein to grant lawful presence outside the ambit of the statutory scheme.” The program doesn’t effect the current “Dreamers” but it is unclear what will happen to them.
What this means: the federal judged ruled that the executive branch cannot make laws. The lefties could not get DACA passed into law so Obama decided to run around the whole inconvenient “separation of powers” thingy. The reason DACA couldn’t get passed into law is because elected officials wouldn’t vote for it probably because their constituents didn’t want the program. But the elite progressive politicos are far more enlightened than the filthy casuals and devised a way to get the DACA program into their progressive rotation regulations. This is how the left operates: if they can’t get their laws passed they turn it in to some sort of agency regulation and BOOM a law without the burden of public support.
Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas said “continue processing DACA renewal requests, consistent with the ruling,” but wanted Congress to act. “I urge Congress to act swiftly to enact legislation through the reconciliation process to provide permanent protection that the American people want and Dreamers have earned,” he said in a statement. The Democrats are plotting a way to get this bill passed into law at this very moment.
The lawsuit was brought by Texas — along with Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, South Carolina and West Virginia and argued the program put an undue burden on the states.
Next up, Facebook and Fox News are KILLING PEOPLE. A CNN propagandist asked Surgeon General Vivek Murthy if he thought that, in addition to social media, Fox News was also killing people. “President Biden did accuse social media platforms of killing people,” the propagandist began, asking, “Do you think conservative media, like Fox News, are doing the same? Are they killing people, too, with rhetoric you just heard?”
“Dana, I think all of us, including the media, including individuals, health professionals, have a responsibility to share the truth about health as science dictates, as science informs us. And, you know, unless we do that, unless we are honest about the consequences of our communication with people, unless we are rigorous about ensuring that what we communicate is actually sourced from science and not from an opinion on critical issues like the vaccine, then we are going to ultimately put people at risk,” Murthy responded.
The corporate media wants you to think that it’s the whitesupremacistinsurrecitonistMAGAwarriorTrumpaloos that aren’t getting vaxxed because FNC and Facebook told them not to but the numbers do not reflect that. According to Kaiser Health, here are the percentages of people who have had at least one dose of vaccine:
- 62% Asian
- 47% of Whites
- 39% of Hispanics
- 37% Blacks
As long as the government and their flying monkey social media companies continue to shut down and censor people who have questions about the vaccines, there will be suspicions because it is very suspicious. And creepy.
And finally, an investigation by the Washington Post tabloid revealed that Israeli spyware was used to hack into smartphones of journalists and activists. The software is used by governments to track terrorists and criminals and “was used in attempted and successful hacks of 37 smartphones belonging to journalists, human rights activists, business executives and two women close to murdered Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.”
Among the journalists whose numbers appear on the list, which dates to 2016, are reporters working overseas for several leading news organizations, including a small number from CNN, the Associated Press, Voice of America, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg News, Le Monde in France, the Financial Times in London and Al Jazeera in Qatar.
The company, NSO, said in a statement that it “has no insight” into how the spyware is used by its clients.
