Petition Circulating to Rename Columbus Ohio After Guy Fieri

In the latest efforts by the Left to erase American history, an online petition is circulating demanding that the capital city of Ohio, Columbus, is renamed “Flavortown” after the signature catchphrase of television personality and Columbus native Guy Fieri, as reported by CNN.

The movement has already succeeded in convincing the radical Democratic mayor, Andrew Ginther, to order the statue of Christopher Columbus in front of City Hall to be removed and placed in storage, with Ginther falsely describing the statue as a symbol of “patriarchy, oppression, and divisiveness.”

But an online petition was started by residents who feel that the name of the city must also be changed. The petition eventually settled on the signature catchphrase of Fieri, a well-known TV personality on the Food Network, who has hosted over half-a-dozen shows showcasing various local restaurants all across the country.

There are currently just over 17,400 signatures on the petition to rename Columbus as “Flavortown.” It has been confirmed that the individual behind the petition does not even live in Columbus, but instead comes from the city of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
