Chick-Fil-A Donates to an Organization that Hosts Drag Queen Story Hours

The fast food chain Chick-Fil-A continued its shift away from more traditional and conservative values with the revelation that it would donate to yet another far-left organization that promotes the LGBTQ agenda, Breitbart reports.

After previously coming under fire for a donation to the far-left hate group known as the Southern Poverty Law Center, the group announced that it would be ending its support for the Salvation Army, and instead would start donating to an organization called Covenant House International.

While CHI ostensibly claims to help the homeless, it also promotes the LGBTQ agenda, and even hosted one of the notorious “drag queen story hour” events that have been plaguing the nation, where adult men dressed as women read stories and act inappropriately with little children.

This is the latest shift to the left by the company that was once praised for upholding conservative values such as traditional marriage and faith in God. The changes are the work of Chick-Fil-A’s new president and COO Tim Tassopoulos, who took his position in 2016.

Tassapoulos, who also served as a member of the advisory board for the Boy Scouts when that organization changed to a more gender-neutral name, said that “As we go into new markets, we need to be clear about who we are. There are lots of articles and newscasts about Chick-Fil-A, and we thought we needed to be clear about our message.”
