T-Mobile Forces its Employees to Use ‘Transgender Language’

The cell phone brand T-Mobile is implementing workplace policies that force its employees, as well as customers, to use language addressing so-called “transgender” individuals, according to Breitbart.

In a press statement issued on November 6th, the company declared that it would be “launching new optional name badges for all retail employees that can include employees’ personal pronouns.” The statement also said that “employees are encouraged to add pronouns to email addresses and kick off meetings by sharing pronouns.”

The rise of workplace-based use of transgender language has led to widespread criticism for mainstreaming a mental illness that affects a small percentage of the population, while also defying the scientific fact that there are only two genders.

Even feminist activists such as Meghan Murphy have spoken out against the push for transgender language, saying that this movement is “absolutely regressive, irrational, [and] anti-woman,” because it hinders a woman’s ability to “discuss valid concerns about the impact of men identifying as women.”

T-Mobile decided to implement the new policy after a single “transgender” employee met with the company’s Executive Vice President of Consumer Markets, Jon Freier, at World Pride in New York City earlier this year.
