Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi accompanied Rep. Ilhan Omar and other members of Congress on a trip to Africa paid for by the American taxpayer.
They said “send her back” but Speaker @SpeakerPelosi didn’t just make arrangements to send me back, she went back with me ✊????

Omar is visiting Ghana this week along with Pelosi and the 13 members of the Congressional Black Caucus as they observe the 400th anniversary of the arrival of enslaved Africans in America, according to Quartz.
The group is visiting slave castles and meeting with Ghana’s parliament during the trip.
The “send her back” line was referring to the chant attendees of President Trump’s rally last month in North Carolina broke into after Trump mentioned the congresswoman’s name.
Omar was making a joke about the crowd at one of the Trump campaign rallies. Members of the crowd starting chanting “send her back” when the president mentioned her name. The media and the Democrats quickly condemned Trump personally for making the remarks, claiming they were racist. Omar along with other radical, freshmen congresswomen have continually launched claims against the president and attacked him on social media. Omar has also made provocative anti-Semitic remarks and dismissed the seriousness of the 9/11 terror attack.
Now Omar has a primary challenger, in the form of an Iraqi veteran.
Chris Kelley, who will run as an independent, told FoxNews.com earlier this week that he decided to take on Omar after the Somali-born freshman lawmaker said “some people did something” when referring to the 9/11 attackers.
Kelley, who served in Operation Desert Storm and deployed twice during the Iraq War as an intelligence analyst, told “Fox & Friends” Friday that the comments were “very dismissive and disrespectful” in his view.
“Look, three-thousand Americans died and many more first responders died [after] responding to this. … I figured you can complain or you can try and do something,” he said.
“She’s campaigning everywhere else, raising money in California, now she’s overseas but she’s not in the district and people are noticing. Many people have said to me, ‘what is she doing for us?'” he said.
