Finally, a Bork-alike will get the chance to take that seat on the Court.

It was Anthony Kennedy, the third choice to fill the Court vacancy, who ended up serving all these years after Judge Bork was . . . well, borked.

Many people served with Robert Bork. Many people knew Robert Bork. Many people were friends of Robert Bork. They’d tell you, Justice Kennedy, you were no Robert Bork.
