The Sacramento Bee reports: “Immigrants residing in California illegally would be able to serve on all state and local boards and commissions under a proposal introduced in the state Senate on Monday.” Because there just aren’t enough citizens to serve, I guess. Jobs Californians won’t do? Yeah . . . that must be it.
